Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StatSpark, a mobile application owned and operated by Bob Law Holdings LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the StatSpark application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use StatSpark. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of the App

StatSpark provides sports-related analytics, insights, projections, and community features for informational and entertainment purposes only.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its systems
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the App or its data
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Post abusive, defamatory, or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

4. Informational Disclaimer

All content, analytics, projections, insights, and recommendations provided by StatSpark are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

  • We do not guarantee accuracy, outcomes, or performance.
  • You acknowledge that sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable.
  • StatSpark does not provide betting, gambling, or financial advice.
  • Your decisions based on App content are made at your own risk.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription.

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID
  • Payments are handled by Apple via the App Store
  • Subscription pricing and billing terms are disclosed at purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings

We do not manage billing or refunds directly. Refund requests must be made through Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

6. User Content

You may be able to submit content, including comments or community posts (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant Bob Law Holdings LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to submit it.

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, designs, data, software, and trademarks within StatSpark are owned by or licensed to Bob Law Holdings LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the App without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services, platforms, or content.

We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse them. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Bob Law Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bob Law Holdings LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Bob Law Holdings LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bob Law Holdings LLC regarding your use of StatSpark.
